"I genuinely cannot say enough good things about my experience with this State Farm office, especially Makayla and Nevaeh. This was my first time getting my own auto insurance policy after previously being on my parents’ insurance, and going into the process I was honestly overwhelmed. There are so many terms, coverages, discounts, and decisions involved, and I had a LOT of questions.

Makayla was absolutely amazing from my very first call. She was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. She took the time to explain the different coverages to me in a way that actually made sense, answered every question I had without ever making me feel rushed, and helped me understand what I was actually purchasing instead of simply trying to sell me a policy. She also walked me through the different discounts available and made the entire process of getting everything set up so much easier than I expected.

Nevaeh was just as wonderful with the follow-up and onboarding process. She made sure everything was set up correctly, helped me understand the app and the Drive Safe & Save program, and answered all of the additional questions I had afterward. She was incredibly sweet, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process.

I had spoken with several other insurance companies while shopping around, and the difference in customer service here was honestly night and day. Makayla and Nevaeh were a huge part of why I ultimately chose State Farm. I didn’t feel like another quote or policy number. I felt like they genuinely wanted to make sure I understood everything and was comfortable with my decisions.

Starting your own insurance policy for the first time can be confusing and honestly a little scary, but these two made the entire experience feel easy and manageable. I’m incredibly grateful for both of them and couldn’t have asked for a better experience starting out on my own. After setting up renters insurance, I asked them to change the incorrect address on the proof of insurance four times and each time they resent it calling it "fixed" when it had the exact same wrong address until the fourth attempt. They emailed me someone else's proof of home insurance unprompted. I could see all of the client's personal information. After setting up car insurance, they added my mother to my policy when they weren't supposed to, and charged me double the amount I was quoted. Had to call a couple times to get that fixed. While they may be nice and all, I had an awful experience. My mother who has worked in insurance for 30 years laughed at how ridiculous my experience with this office was."

Updated 4/20/24 Elizabeth Trusty at Chelsea Terry State Farm has been such a great help to me for a while now. She recently figured out that I have been carrying two homeowner's insurance policies (the other company canceled, sent a refund check, and then reinstated it anyway) and walked me through everything I needed to do to fix the situation. She has also stayed after work SEVERAL times to ensure I got what I needed for auto insurance. She's always super kind and helpful, and she anticipates my needs and reaches out to me before I have a chance to contact her. I've worked with several people at this office, and I've received nothing but great service. I don't quite recall how I found this office, but I'm thrilled I did!

The staff is always kind, helpful, & communicative. They also have great rates and really listen to & work with you.
