"Ohhh 5 star all the way and here is why.. In my process of moving to Richardson TX, I was looking for an insurance agent to handle the creation of a new policy in TX to match my existing policy. I started researching agents in the area on google and ran across one agency with amazing reviews (5 start with 418 review), Chelsea Terry it was. When I called, a staff member by the name of Nevaeh answered the phone. I let her know what I was trying to accomplish and without hesitation Nevaeh knew exactly what to do and was beyond ready to assist. I have been with StateFarm for many years, I think I am platinum or something like that at this point. I shared my existing policy info with Nevaeh and gave her the time to work her magic. Nevaeh has excellent communication skills and her follow up is unlike any I have ever seen. She called me back 30 minutes later with everything I needed to start doing business with Chelsea Terry - State Farm Insurance Agent immediately. I was able to get 4 different policies all written up and approved. It was soooo effortless for me the customer, I had to keep making sure we got everything because I could not believe this was so easy. Ohhh Nevaeh was on point with an incredible amount of accuracy. She is a wonderful listener, she gave me all the details and even saved me money on my insurance. I feel like I am in excellent hands with Chelsea Terry representing me because of Nevaeh . She definitely, without a doubt goes the extra mile for her clients. She is also very pleasant to talk to, very articulate with a warm professional personality.
