She just listens to what I need & makes it happen. Updated 4/20/24 Elizabeth Trusty at Chelsea Terry State Farm has been such a great help to me for a while now. She recently figured out that I have been carrying two homeowner's insurance policies (the other company canceled, sent a refund check, and then reinstated it anyway) and walked me through everything I needed to do to fix the situation. She has also stayed after work SEVERAL times to ensure I got what I needed for auto insurance. She's always super kind and helpful, and she anticipates my needs and reaches out to me before I have a chance to contact her. I've worked with several people at this office, and I've received nothing but great service. I don't quite recall how I found this office, but I'm thrilled I did! The staff is always kind, helpful, & communicative. They also have great rates and really listen to & work with you.
